Guidance & Good Practice

Volunteer Centres offer advice and support to help you to recruit, manage and retain your volunteers efficiently and effectively.  There’s no need to re-invent the wheel, search the internet for advice – and then wonder whether it’s accurate – or spend time developing endless policies and procedures for every eventuality.  Your local Centre can provide help you to get what you need, simply and quickly.  Centres can provide leaflets, guidance, information, and formal and informal training on all aspects of volunteering.

Volunteer Centres have access to the Members’ Only publications, so if you can’t get what you want, contact your local Centre.

Volunteer Management Training
